Place renewal form. 2025-2026
DEADLINE: Until 18 April 2025.
Important information for applicants requesting place renewal:
- Place renewal will be confirmed based on academic results and an assessment of coexistence and involvement in activities and college life. Please note that it is essential that you submit your first and second semester grades, as well as your final grades.
- The distribution of rooms will be agreed upon by those of you who are remaining at the hall of residence. The list must be submitted to the Management before the end of May, who will not be involved in the distribution. Residents have preference if they wish to remain in the same room as this academic year.
- No boxes or any other type of suitcases, furniture, etc. may be left in the hall of residence. You may leave bed linen and towels if you wish. If you have any special needs, please request this from the Management.
- It is important that you fill in the Report below.
